The ProStop pneumatic valve for nozzle bodies provides precise spray activation for immediate starting and stopping of spraying using a pneumantic signal. The ProStop uses a spring and plunger to keep the valve in the 'off' position until air pressure opens the valve to begin spraying. It eliminates the chance of accidental spraying, prevents dribbling and overspray, allows for safe transport, and is fail safe if the pneumatic signal is lost.

The ProStop is an economical and efficient way to control boom sections, eliminating the need for electronic ball valves. They are great accessories for GPS swath control systems needing a rapid starting and stopping of spraying.

Designed to fit in place of the diaphragm check valve on Hypro and a numer of other manufacture's nozzle bodies, the ProStop can be used as an upgrade on both new sprayer designs and existing sprayers in the field. The air pressure needed to operate the valves can be supplied from an exitsting on-board air-ride suspension system or from an add-on 12 volt air compressor.
