Cleanload Chemical Eductor

The Hypro Cleanload is a self-contained eduction system that allows the operator to mix liquid and dry chemicals safely and quickly.

Two models make up this series of products. The 3374P-05T4 model consists of a 4.5 gallon hopper, allowing it to fit into smaller areas, while the 3374P-05T5 comes with a 5.5 gallon hopper and a robust tank rinse nozzle for complete rinsing of dry chemcals.

Both models feature a 316 stainless steel venturi with eduction reates as fast as 1 second per gallon.

• Safety - All crop protection chemistry is mixed at ground level. Cleanload eliminates the need for operators to climb on and around machines while handling expensive and dangerous chemicals. Operator exposure to slips, trips, and falls is reduced. Chemical spill potential is reduced, minimizing operator and environmental exposure.

• Ideal for nurse tank applications when floor mounted, using optional base frame bracket (part #3430-0596).

3374P-05T5 only

• Optional suction lance (part #3430-0594) allows the operator to educt bulk liquid and dry chemicals (wettable powders, dry flowables and water-dispersible granules) from large containers without secondary handling.

• Robust tank and bottle rinse nozzles designed to wash Cleanload hopper and triple rinse chemical containers of residue.
